The Members’ Council is the group established in accordance with NHS Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group's (CCG) Constitution on which the members are represented by their practice representatives.
The Council comprises of practice representatives, the Accountable Officer along with the Chair, Deputy Chair and Clinical Vice Chair of the Governing Body.
The Members' Council meets at least once a year. These meetings are used for practice representatives to discuss issues across the business of the CCG. The Members’ Council is also responsible for approving some CCG proposals, subject to the terms set out in the Constitution.
