Give your feedback about musculoskeletal services in Waltham Forest

People in Waltham Forest are being asked to give their feedback on musculoskeletal health services for problems like sprains and strains, osteoporosis, back and neck pain and arthritis.

NHS Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is carrying out a review of musculoskeletal services to see if they can be improved. You can attend a drop-in event, give your feedback through an online survey or contact the CCG to request a postal survey.

Dr Kam Seerha, GP and Clinical Lead at Waltham Forest CCG, says: “Most people suffer from musculoskeletal problems at some point in their lives. In Waltham Forest as many as 30% of GP appointments each year are related to musculoskeletal issues.

“We would like local people to tell us about their experience of these services, whether there is anything that they think needs to change and their ideas for improving them. All of this feedback will be used to review and make improvements to the service.”

Musculoskeletal problems include:

  • back and neck pain
  • sprains and strains
  • osteoarthritis
  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • osteoporosis
  • fibromyalgia
  • ligament injuries
