How is your medical information used to support your care?
To support the direct care of patients, NHS and care organisations need to ensure that clinicians have access to the right medical information about patients, at the right place and at the right time. This medical information can be shared electronically and local clinicians want to hear from their patients as to how they should responsibly do this locally to support direct patient care.
They will be asking what information should be shared, when it should be shared, with whom, and with what consent processes from their patients and are therefore inviting residents to attend an interactive forum and give their views.
The forum will be held on Thursday 14 May from 4pm until 7pm at the Osmani Centre, 58 Underwood Road, Tower Hamlets, London, E1 5AW.
A light snack will be available and participants will be paid expenses for attendance.
If you would like to attend or if you would like further information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3688 2500 by Friday 8 May 2015 at the latest.
