Our Governing Body

Our Governing Body makes sure the CCG plans, buys and manages health services as safely and efficiently as possible. We have 16 members: a combination of local GPs, lay members, CCG directors, a representative from Healthwatch Waltham Forest, representatives from the local council and other healthcare professionals. Our Governing Body members are separated into voting and non-voting members.

The CCG also has a number of Committees that report to the Governing Body. You can read the minutes of these Committee meetings in our Governing Body papers

We are very careful to avoid any conflicts of interest that may arise for our GP Governing Body members. Follow this link to find out more about how we manage conflicts of interest.

Our Governing Body meetings are open to members of the public, however meetings are now taking place as required.  Details of any meetings will be on the Governing Body meetings page.

Please click through the menu on the left to see details of upcoming Governing Body meetings, see who are Governing Body members are and review previous Governing Body meeting papers.
