NHS Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible for shaping and designing the healthcare services within Waltham Forest and provide services that responds to the needs of local people. We need to commission the best provider to deliver these services to our population.

In commissioning these services, NHS Waltham Forest CCG has a clear responsibility to:

  • Ensure we make decisions and commission services in a fair and open way
  • Ensure we are getting value for money
  • Meet the healthcare needs of our population.

The process of specifying a service and identifying the appropriate provider or providers to deliver the service is called procurement.

On this page you can find out more about the procurements that are awarded.
